On January 27, 2023, a scientific and practical round table was held on the basis of the Academic and Research Institute of Law of Sumy State University on the topic:\u00a0“Legal regulation of financial services: national, European, globalization dimensions”. Due to the difficult security situation in Ukraine, the event was held online.<\/p>\n

The co-organizers of the event were the Research Institute of Private Law and Entrepreneurship named after Academician F.G. Burchak of the National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine and the Ukrainian Association of Professors and Researchers of European Integration (APREI)<\/p>\n

Representatives of the Research Institute of Private Law and Entrepreneurship named after Academician F.G. Burchak of the National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine, Lviv National University of Nature Management, National Aviation University, State Biotechnology University, Odesa National University and other educational institutions joined the work of the round table.<\/p>\n

Among the key topics of discussion were the following: about the state’s popularization of crypto currencies and crypto machines among citizens of Ukraine; normative and legal foundations of state regulation of the turnover of virtual assets: theoretical aspect; regarding the jurisdictional form of protection against financial fitting; public participation at the stage of rule-making in the field of protection of the rights of consumers of financial services in the EU and in Ukraine.<\/p>\n

The event took place within the framework of the implementation of the project 619998-EPP-1-2020-1-UA-EPPJMO-MODULE “European standards for the protection of the rights of consumers of financial services” under the Erasmus+ program directed by Jean Monet.<\/p>\n
