On January 28, 2022, a scientific and practical round table was held on the basis of the Academic and Research Institute of Law of Sumy State University on the topic: “Legal regulation of financial services: national, European, globalization dimensions”<\/a>.<\/p>\n

Representatives of the Research Institute of Private Law and Entrepreneurship named after Academician F.G. Burchak of the National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine, the State Tax University, the Law Institute of the State Higher Educational Institution “Vadim Hetman Kyiv National University of Economics”, the National Aviation University and other educational institutions joined the work of the round table. institutions<\/p>\n

The main attention was paid to the issues of public and private interests balance in the regulation of financial services, institutional and legal models of regulation of the financial market, protection of the rights of consumers of financial services.<\/p>\n

The event took place within the framework of the implementation of the project 619998-EPP-1-2020-1-UA-EPPJMO-MODULE “European standards for the protection of the rights of consumers of financial services”<\/a> under the Erasmus+ program Jean Monet.<\/p>\n

Due to the restrictions on holding events due to the threat of the spread of COVID19, the event was held online.<\/p>\n
