{"id":21450,"date":"2021-11-15T00:00:00","date_gmt":"2021-11-15T00:00:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/kmeep.law.sumdu.edu.ua\/invitation-to-take-part-in-the-event-3\/"},"modified":"2023-08-18T08:41:54","modified_gmt":"2023-08-18T08:41:54","slug":"invitation-to-take-part-in-the-event-3","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/kmeep.law.sumdu.edu.ua\/en\/news\/invitation-take-part-event-0\/","title":{"rendered":"Invitation to take part in the event"},"content":{"rendered":"<div id=\"old_post\">\n<div>\n<div>\n<div>\n<div>\n<div>\n<div>\n<div>\n<div>\n<div><\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>\n<div>November 15, 2021<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>\n<div>\n<div>\n<div>\n<div>\n<p>We invite all interested persons to take part in the Scientific and Practical Round Table on the topic: &#8220;Legal regulation of financial services: national, European, globalization dimensions&#8221;, which will be held on January 28, 2022 at the Academic and Research Institute of Law of Sumy State University<\/p>\n<p>The work of the round table is planned in the following directions:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Legal support for the development of the financial services market in the conditions of globalization.<\/li>\n<li>Current issues of adapting the legislation on the regulation of financial services markets to European standards.<\/li>\n<li>Directions for improving legal regulation of procedures for supervision of professional participants in financial services markets: European and world standards.<\/li>\n<li>Problems of protecting the rights of consumers of financial services and forms of their protection: national and foreign experience.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>The event will be held as part of the implementation of the <a href=\"https:\/\/kmeep.law.sumdu.edu.ua\/en\/european-standards-protection-rights-consumers-financial-services\">project 619998-EPP-1-2020-1-UA-EPPJMO-MODULE &#8220;European standards for the protection of the rights of consumers of financial services&#8221;<\/a> under the Erasmus+ program Jean Monet.<\/p>\n<p>Working languages of the round table: Ukrainian, English, Russian.<\/p>\n<p>According to the results of the event, it is planned to publish an electronic collection, which will be placed in the repository of Sumy State University (<a href=\"https:\/\/essuir.sumdu.edu.ua\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">https:\/\/essuir.sumdu.edu.ua\/<\/a>).<\/p>\n<p>To participate in the round table by January 25, 2022, it is necessary to fill out the application form <a href=\"docs.google.com\/forms\/d\/e\/1FAIpQLSfUbYRfvkqXlNBihHqevHckKUSvsXicLWtJ-jD0R_5RirmIvw\/viewform\">at the link<\/a> and send the file with abstracts of the report to the address of the organizing committee <a href=\"mailto:eufinpro@gmail.com\">eufinpro@gmail.com<\/a><\/p>\n<p>Participation in the round table: full-time, part-time.<\/p>\n<p>If quarantine restrictions are extended for the duration of the round table, the event will take place online.
