On June 1, 2021, Ukrainian Association of International Law<\/a> organized events dedicated to the 95th anniversary of the birth of Igor Lukashuk, member of the UN Commission on International Law, a famous international lawyer.<\/p>\n

After visit to the Baikove Cemetery to lay flowers on the grave of I. Lukashuk International Readings<\/a> were held online. Lecturers of the department Vladyslava Zavhorodnia<\/a>, Olha Shvaher<\/a>, Anna Slavko<\/a> and Yevhen Samoilenko<\/a> joined the Readings.<\/p>\n

During the Readings, the President of UAIL Olga Butkevych, Volodymyr Butkevych, Mykola Gnatovsky, Vitalii Yaremchuk, as well as Lukashuk\u2019s granddaughter Darya Boklan and other participants, shared their own memories of the Scientist, and marked his contribution to development of international law doctrine.<\/p>\n

A special issue of the Ukrainian Journal of International Law dedicated to the 95th anniversary of the birth of Professor Igor Lukashuk A presentation was also presented.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div><\/div>\n<\/p><\/div>\n
