Dear colleagues! We invite you to take part in the scientific and practical round table on the topic: “Legislation of Ukraine on financial services: issues of adaptation to the European Union law “, which will be held on January 15, 2021 at the Academic and Research Institute of Law of Sumy State University.<\/p>\n

The event will be held as part of the implementation of the project 619998-EPP-1-2020-1-UA-EPPJMO-MODULE “European standards for the protection of the rights of consumers of financial services” <\/a>under the Erasmus+ program directed by Jean Monet.<\/p>\n

The Round Table will cover the following issues:<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n

1. Actual issues of adapting the legislation on the regulation of financial services markets to European standards;<\/p>\n

2. Directions for improving the legal regulation of procedures for supervision of professional participants in financial services markets in the context of European integration;<\/p>\n

3. Problems of protecting the rights of consumers of financial services: national and European experience.<\/p>\n

Working languages of the round table: Ukrainian, English.<\/p>\n

According to the results of the event, it is planned to publish an electronic collection, which will be placed in the repository of Sumy State University (https:\/\/essuir.sumdu.edu.ua\/<\/a>).<\/p>\n
