This week the scientific community was replenished with two PhD (candidates of sciences).<\/p>\n

In particular, on June 30, 2020, the dissertation for the degree of Candidate of Law was defended by Department assistant Anna Slavko<\/a>. The work on the topic “Typology of administrative law regimes<\/a>” (specialty 12.00.07 – administrative law and process; financial law; information law) was defended in the specialized academic council D 64.051.28<\/a> of Kharkiv National University named after V.N. Karazin. Supervisor – Doctor of Law, Professor Dmytro Lukyanets<\/a>.<\/p>\n

On July 1, 2020, Ruslan Raimov, a PhD-student of the Department, defended his dissertation. The defense took place in the specialized academic council D 55.051.07<\/a> of Sumy State University, specialty 12.00.07 – administrative law and process; financial law; information law. The Supervisor of work on the topic “Administrative and legal regulation of natural monopolies in the fields of energy and utilities<\/a>” was the head of the Department, Candidate of Law, Associate Professor Zavhorodnia Vladyslava<\/a>.<\/p>\n

We sincerely congratulate and wish Ruslan Raimov and Anna Slavko further scientific achievements!<\/p>\n
