A lecturer of the Department of International, European and Civil Law Anna Slavko<\/a> took part in the training \u00abConstitutional Complaint as a Tool for Protecting Social Rights: Practical Dimension of Application and Gender Aspects\u00bb<\/a>. The event, which lasted from 29 to 31 July 2020, was organized as part of the OSCE Project Co-ordinator in Ukraine’s project \u00abSupport to the Protection of Human Rights through Improved Access to Constitutional Justice\u00bb. The trainers of the event were leading scientists-lawyers of Ukraine Olena Boryslavska, Mykhailo Savchyn and Olena Kharitonova.<\/p>\n

Due to quarantine restrictions, the event was held online. During the training, topical issues of the functioning of constitutional justice and gender aspects of access to justice were discussed. The participants of the training received the appropriate certificates.<\/p>\n
