12-13 May 2016 at the National University of Law Yaroslav Mudry held international scientific conference of students and graduate students “Five Kharkov penal reading.” The conference was attended by over 150 young scientists from 7 countries.<\/p>\n

The conference program included discussion of the most topical issues of general and special part of criminal law both in Ukraine and abroad.<\/p>\n

Our university was represented by student group P-23 Kwacha Valery Y. on the topic “The problem of definition of the objective of violent sexual insults way” (supervisor – Assistant Professor of Criminal Law courses Slavko AS). Valerie speech aroused a lively discussion on the section number 5 “Theoretical issues of criminal responsibility for crimes against the person.”<\/p>\n

Our student was particularly marked in the final plenary session, was awarded a medal and valuable gifts. We wish Valerie success in the field of legal science!<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div><\/div>\n<\/p><\/div>\n
