In the 2022\/2023 academic year, full-time and part-time students of the “Master’s” degree “Law” specialization studied the elective course “European standards for the protection of the financial services consumer\u2019s rights<\/a>” and students of the “Bachelor’s” degree in the “International Law” specialty joined the study of the discipline – elective course “European standards for the protection of the rights of financial services consumers<\/a>” in english.<\/p>\n

Also, the English language course<\/a> was chosen by foreign students majoring in “Medicine” and “Public Health”, during the study of which we were able to compare the legal aspects of the financial services markets functioning in the EU and the countries of the Asian and African regions, since the students were representatives of these countries. Presentations and discussions of the experience of using banking services in Ukraine, the EU and the countries of origin were interesting.<\/p>\n

In the spring semester of the 2022-2023 academic year, the discipline “European standards for the protection of the financial services consumer\u2019s rights<\/a>” was also studied by students of economic specialties. In the course of working on the topics, we managed to combine both legal aspects and aspects of digital and financial literacy.<\/p>\n

This year teaching took place in an online format due to restrictions related to the security situation in Ukraine, but this prevented full-fledged work and communication between teachers and students.<\/p>\n
