The <a href=\"https:\/\/clinic.law.sumdu.edu.ua\/uk\/233-2\/\">Sumy State University Legal Clinic<\/a>, as a specialised legal clinic on war-related issues, provides legal advice to citizens, including on obtaining compensation for destroyed property.<\/p>\n<p>Participation in the training enabled the exchange of experience with attorneys and lawyers from all over Ukraine on the practical problems of compensation for war-damaged and destroyed real estate, algorithms of actions, conditions and procedures for its provision.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>On May 17-18, 2024, Mariia Plotnikova, Associate Professor of the Department and Curator of the Legal Clinic of the Institute of Law, took part in the Training &#8220;Legal Mechanisms for Obtaining Compensation for Destroyed Property&#8221;, organised by the Ukrainian Coalition for Legal Aid.
