This course was developed within the framework of the educational project 101098859-EU4Migration-ERASMUS-JMO-2022-HEITCH-RSCH-UA-IBA \/ ERASMUS-JMO-2022-HEI-TCH-RSCH &#8220;EU Migration Policy and Law in the Context of Sustainable Development Goals&#8221; under the Jean Monnet Actions of the Erasmus+ program.<\/p>\n<p>The course <a href=\"http:\/\/We thank all students who participated in the &quot;EU Migration Policy and Law: History and Modernity&quot; course during the 2024\/2025 academic year and encourage younger students to choose this exciting and impactful course in the future!\">&#8220;EU Migration Policy and Law: History and Modernity&#8221;<\/a> comprises four thematic modules:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>History of the Development of EU Migration Policy<\/strong> (Lecturer: Anatolii Honcharenko)<\/li>\n<li><strong>EU Institutions in the Field of Migration<\/strong> (Lecturer: Olha Shvaher)<\/li>\n<li><strong>Schengen Law<\/strong> (Lecturer: Vladyslava Zavhorodnia)<\/li>\n<li><strong>Human Rights in Migration Processes<\/strong> (Lecturer: Anna Slavko)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>This course was chosen by fourth-year students specializing in <strong>293 &#8220;International Law&#8221;<\/strong> and <strong>032 &#8220;History&#8221;.<\/strong> It included <strong>48 hours of classroom instruction<\/strong> \u2014 <strong>24 hours of lectures<\/strong>, and <strong>24 hours of practical classes<\/strong>. Both traditional teaching methods (lectures, case studies, testing) and innovative pedagogical approaches (a model meeting of the Council of the European Union, individual and group projects, media object analysis, etc.) were employed.<\/p>\n<p>The course was conducted <strong>online<\/strong> due to security concerns. Despite this, students actively participated in lectures, engaged in discussions, and worked effectively on the MI\u0425 platform for blended learning support.
