{"id":24844,"date":"2025-05-15T12:51:34","date_gmt":"2025-05-15T12:51:34","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/kmeep.law.sumdu.edu.ua\/the-third-online-school-on-eu-migration-law-has-concluded\/"},"modified":"2025-05-22T12:52:31","modified_gmt":"2025-05-22T12:52:31","slug":"the-third-online-school-on-eu-migration-law-has-concluded","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/kmeep.law.sumdu.edu.ua\/en\/the-third-online-school-on-eu-migration-law-has-concluded\/","title":{"rendered":"The Third Online School on EU Migration Law Has Concluded"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: justify; text-indent: 35.45pt;\"><span style=\"color: #0e101a;\">From March 21 to May 14, 2025, the <a href=\"https:\/\/kmeep.law.sumdu.edu.ua\/en\/we-invite-you-to-join-the-online-school-eu-migration-law-2025\/\">Third Online School on \u201cEU Migration Law\u201d<\/a> took place as part of the educational project with a research component <a href=\"https:\/\/kmeep.law.sumdu.edu.ua\/en\/the-eu-migration-policy-and-law-in-the-context-of-sustainable-development-goals-2\/\">\u201c101098859-EU4Migration-ERASMUS-JMO-2022-HEI-TCH-RSCH-UA-IBA \/ ERASMUS-JMO-2022-HEI-TCH-RSCH \u2018EU Migration Policy and Law in the Context of Sustainable Development Goals\u2019\u201d<\/a> under the Jean Monnet Actions of the Erasmus+ Programme.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify; text-indent: 35.45pt;\"><span style=\"color: #0e101a;\">The thematic focus of the school remained unchanged: the history of migration processes in Europe, institutions operating in the field of migration, key provisions of Schengen law, and the protection of human rights in migration procedures. Additionally, the school hosted a <a href=\"https:\/\/kmeep.law.sumdu.edu.ua\/en\/webinar-rights-of-idps-status-of-persons-in-need-of-temporary-protection-in-the-eu-3\/\">webinar\u00a0\u00a0<i>\u201cIDP Rights and the Status of Persons in Need of Temporary Protection in the EU\u201d<\/i><\/a>, presented by Rostyslav Nepyyipa, Senior Monitoring Officer on IDP issues at the NGO \u201cRight to Protection.\u201d<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify; text-indent: 35.45pt;\"><span style=\"color: #0e101a;\">The relevance of the school\u2019s topics remains consistently high, as confirmed by the strong interest of the participants. This year, a record number of over 200 people registered for the school, and more than 100 completed the course.
