The Department of International, European, and Comparative Law invites students, teachers, and everyone interested to attend an open online lecture by Dr. Mathias Richter (Germany), philosopher, political scientist, and journalist. The talk “Who is the people? On the gap of power in the symbolic dispositiv of democracy,” will discuss the problem of populism as a challenge to modern democracy in the example of contemporary German history.
