Quality work of local governments requires proper legal support, and therefore lawyers are often involved in the implementation of local government. Therefore, understanding the intricacies of local government is very important for a future lawyer.
That is why on December 17, 2021, 3rd-year students of specialty «International Law» visited the Kyiv City Council.
During the visit to the KCC, the students had the opportunity to:
• immerse in the history of local self-government in Ukraine;
• discuss decision-making procedures at the local level;
• learn about the basic principles of city councils functioning;
• discuss opportunities for further employment.
