NATO 2030 Autumn School: Opportunities, Threats and Cooperation

On September 27-28, the SSU Congress Center hosted the Autumn School “NATO-2030: Opportunities, Threats and Cooperation”, organized by the SSU Regional Security Research Center with the support of the NATO Information and Documentation Center in Ukraine. The event was joined by students majoring in International Law, who spent two days studying and discussing the dynamics of NATO support in Ukraine, hybrid challenges of the Euro-Atlantic area and other topical issues.

The speakers of the event were top experts on Euro-Atlantic issues: Serhiy DZHERDZH, Chairman of the NATO-Ukraine Public League, Volodymyr DUBOVYK, Director of the Center for International Studies, Yevhen MAGDA, Director of the Institute of World Politics. They gave lectures, took part in a panel discussion and held thematic seminars on key security trends in Ukraine and the world, the current state of Ukraine-NATO relations, and the NATO-2030 strategy.

Dr. Petr LUNAK, Deputy Head of NATO Public Diplomacy, and Vineta KLEINE, Director of the NATO Information and Documentation Center in Ukraine, greeted the audience via video communication.

The Autumn school program was successfully completed by 12 students majoring in International Law who received the appropriate certificates.
