We invite all interested persons to take part in the Scientific and Practical Round Table on the topic: “Legal regulation of financial services: national, European, globalization dimensions”, which will be held on January 28, 2022 at the Academic and Research Institute of Law of Sumy State University
The work of the round table is planned in the following directions:
- Legal support for the development of the financial services market in the conditions of globalization.
- Current issues of adapting the legislation on the regulation of financial services markets to European standards.
- Directions for improving legal regulation of procedures for supervision of professional participants in financial services markets: European and world standards.
- Problems of protecting the rights of consumers of financial services and forms of their protection: national and foreign experience.
The event will be held as part of the implementation of the project 619998-EPP-1-2020-1-UA-EPPJMO-MODULE “European standards for the protection of the rights of consumers of financial services” under the Erasmus+ program Jean Monet.
Working languages of the round table: Ukrainian, English, Russian.
According to the results of the event, it is planned to publish an electronic collection, which will be placed in the repository of Sumy State University (https://essuir.sumdu.edu.ua/).

Participation in the round table: full-time, part-time.
If quarantine restrictions are extended for the duration of the round table, the event will take place online. Participation in the event is free.
