In the project “Clean judiciary, educational campaign, testing methods independent evaluation of judges NGOs” supported by the US Agency for International Development (USAID) «fair justice” conducted regular training. It was organized by SOMG “European dimension”.
Associate Professor of Criminal Law courses Andrey Pasechnik at the event gave a lecture “formal dogma uncertainty in procedural areas of the law.” In general, participants discussed problems in the implementation of professional judges who form the trust to court in Ukraine, and can be solved by public organizations independent evaluation of judges in the court.
We hope that such training will help establish an effective dialogue between society and the judiciary.
