The aim of the study is to investigate processes and mechanisms for the impact of basic values of International Commonwealth and European Law on the development of the national legal system. The objectives of the study are: to identify the essence and the nature of legal values formed by the International Community and axiological origins of European Law; to compare the values of the national legal system and European Union Law; to analyze the impact of values on the legal framework for European and Euro-Atlantic integration of Ukraine, legal support for the development of international partnerships, the participation of the Ukrainian State in global initiatives; the development of recommendations for improving domestic legislation and practice of its application in the axiological context.
Applied research project “Social solidarity mechanisms in crisis: historical experience and modern challenges”.
The project is funded by the state budget of Ukraine (The Order of the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine No. 232, 03.03.2023) and ams to establish regularities and concrete mechanisms for forming the value foundations of the solidarity of Ukrainian society in the modern security and European integration contexts.
