The results of the “Technology & Law” research competition, organized by the Department of Civil Law at Yaroslav Mudryi National Law University in collaboration with the NGO “Civilist Platform,” have been announced. Maria Kulish, a student specializing in International Law, won first place in the “Essay, Abstracts” category with her work titled “Digital Privacy in the Age of Mass Surveillance: Legal and Ethical Aspects.”
According to Section 6.3 of the Regulations on the “Technology & Law” competition, the research works will be published in the NGO “Civilist Platform” journal – C.P. JOURNAL.
