Associate Professor Attended a Lecture by a Judge of the European Court of Human Rights

On 3 December 2025, a lecture was held at the School of Law and Social Justice of the University of Liverpool, delivered by Sebastian Rădulețu, Judge of the European Court of Human Rights from Romania. The lecture dealed with the specific features of criminal liability of legal persons. The speaker addressed both the prevailing doctrinal approaches to holding legal persons criminally liable and the existing law-enforcement practice in this field.

Associate Professor Anna Slavko, who is currently undertaking long-term academic mobility at the University of Liverpool within the framework of the Twinning partnership, took part in the discussion.
