The Bachelor Program in International Law combines advanced professional training in international public and private law with the study of the basic branches of national law. The Program also provides an increased amount of a foreign language intramural academic hours (and a second foreign language optionally), and teaching of selected professional disciplines in English. Program includes extensive study on human rights, international relations, comparative studies, and foreign law courses.
The main focus of the educational program, which distinguishes it from other International Law programs in Ukrainian universities, involves an emphasis on preparation for law enforcement in the face of transitional justice challenges, protection of the rights and legitimate interests of persons affected by the military conflict, legal support for post-war recovery and reintegration of temporarily occupied territories.
