In June 2025, Associate Professor Anna Slavko undertook a research internship at the Department of Development and Environmental Studies at Palacký University (Olomouc, Czech Republic). The internship focused on conducting a scientific study, the results of which were presented at the Round Table “Temporary Protection and Transitional Justice for Ukraine“ held on 25 June 2025.
The Round Table brought together researchers from Ukraine and the Czech Republic, who shared their findings on topics such as the specifics of temporary protection in France, the social rights of individuals under temporary protection in the EU, and cross-sectoral research on temporary protection. Anna Slavko delivered a presentation on transitional justice for Ukraine and the current steps being taken towards its implementation.
