Head of the Department, Vladyslava Zavhorodnia, and Associate Professor of the Department, Anna Slavko, have begun an internship at the School of Law and Social Justice at the University of Liverpool.
The internship includes researching the topic of European standards for ensuring freedom of expression and justice as a value in law. Additionally, the internship aims to enhance skills in supervising academic research.
This internship is part of the Twinning program. The Twinning program is a collaboration model between institutions designed to support Ukrainian universities during and after the war by establishing meaningful partnerships between Ukrainian and international higher education institutions. The partner of Sumy State University is the University of Liverpool.
The internship will primarily involve collaboration with Professor Michael Dougan, a leading European and EU law expert.
