Dear colleagues! We invite you to take part in the scientific and practical round table on the topic: “Legislation of Ukraine on financial services: issues of adaptation to the European Union law “, which will be held on January 15, 2021 at the Academic and Research Institute of Law of Sumy State University.
The event will be held as part of the implementation of the project 619998-EPP-1-2020-1-UA-EPPJMO-MODULE “European standards for the protection of the rights of consumers of financial services” under the Erasmus+ program directed by Jean Monet.
The Round Table will cover the following issues:
1. Actual issues of adapting the legislation on the regulation of financial services markets to European standards;
2. Directions for improving the legal regulation of procedures for supervision of professional participants in financial services markets in the context of European integration;
3. Problems of protecting the rights of consumers of financial services: national and European experience.
Working languages of the round table: Ukrainian, English.
According to the results of the event, it is planned to publish an electronic collection, which will be placed in the repository of Sumy State University (https://essuir.sumdu.edu.ua/).
