Lecturers of the Department took part in a three-day workshop “Education for Sustainable Development in Higher Education”

Lecturers of the Department of International, European and Civil Law, Vladislava Zavgorodnya and Olga Schwager, took part in a three-day workshop “Education for Sustainable Development in Higher Education” organized by the Baltic University Program at the Lodz University of Technology (Poland).

The workshop included a seminar on “Design Thinking as an Influential Tool in Higher Education, conducted by the staff of the Design Thinking Lab at Lodz Polytechnic University, and two trainings: “Reorienting Higher Education for Sustainable Development Goals” and “UN Development Goals.” ». Teachers from Sweden, Finland, Slovakia, Poland, Belarus, Estonia, and Ukraine took part in the workshop. Within the framework of the event, Vladislava Zavgorodnya and Olga Schwager presented their project of implementation of the Sustainable Development Goals into the Bachelor’s program in International Law at Sumy State University.
