Participation in the School of Experts on Gender-Responsive Budgeting

On December 3-5, Mariia Plotnikova, a lecturer at the department, took part in the School of Experts on Gender-Responsive Budgeting “GRB LAB.3,” organized by The High School of Public Administration and UN Women Ukraine.

Representatives of state authorities, local self-government bodies, scientific institutions, educational establishments, and public organizations from various regions of Ukraine took part in the school. During the event, participants learned to analyze the budget process in the context of human rights, gender equality, and social inclusion based on the basic concepts and principles of GBA. They also mastered the methodology of gender analysis of budget programs and the skills of conducting GBA training.

 

Upon completion of the training, participants received a certificate of professional development under a special short-term program entitled “Use of Training Technologies in Organizing Training on Gender-Responsive Approaches in the Budget Process.”

Upon completion of the training, participants received a certificate of professional development for the special short-term program “ Use of training technologies on learning on a gender-oriented approach in the budget process”.
