Serhii Denisenko, associate professor of the International, European, and Comparative Law Department, studied from 07/01/2024 to 07/19/2024 at the International Summer School (online) of the University of Liverpool (Great Britain) on the module “Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), Global Challenges, Local Action, Achieved Outcomes”.
Participation in this program provided an opportunity to raise awareness of the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) (also known as the Global Goals, adopted by the United Nations in 2015) and further introduce various aspects of the Goals’ implementation into the educational process.
Studying at the Summer School, in addition to meaningful lectures and discussions, involved writing an essay, the topic of which was chosen as “Quality education as one of the Global Sustainable Development Goals”, as well as preparing a presentation.
According to the results of my summer school studies, a corresponding certificate was received.
