The teaching of the module “Freedom of Expression” has been completed as part of the courses “International Mechanism for the Protection of Human Rights” during the spring semester of the 2024/2025 academic year for students majoring in “Law” and “International Law”. The module is delivered within the framework of the educational project with a research component “ EU Standards on Freedom of Expression and Information (101127062)” (Jean Monnet Chair of the Erasmus+ Programme funded by the European Union).
The module included classes on the topic of “Freedom of Expression.” During the sessions, students discussed issues related to the restriction of freedom of expression, interpretation of this right by the European Court of Human Rights, media regulation in the EU and Ukraine, and more.
