On April 25, 2018 in the National University “Odessa Academy of Law” the 2 nd round of All-Ukrainian competition of student’s scientific works on specialty “International Law” took place. Twenty four participants from leading universities attended the final conference and presented results of their scientific research. Based on the analysis of competitive works and speeches of the participants of the conference Specialized Contestant Commission awarded the participants with diplomas of I, II, III degree. Seven winners out of 10 were from the Academic & Research Institute of Law of Sumy State University.

- Alla Vasylenko (scientific supervisor – Vladyslava Zavhorodnia, Head of the Department, PhD in Law, Associated Professor);
- Alina Rassokhina (scientific supervisor – Anna Slavko, teaching assistant);
- Svitlana Neverova (scientific supervisor – Anna Slavko, teaching assistant).
Diploma of III degree:
- Stanislav Furs (scientific supervisor – Vladyslava Zavhorodnia, Head of the Department, PhD in Law, Associated Professor).
The other student of our Institute – Yulia Sivaieva and Tetyana Burtnyk – got certificates of appreciation.
