The teaching assistant of International, European and Environmental law department Anna Slavko was awarded by the US Department of Justice.
Residents of Sumy are already accustomed to the new patrol police, which has been protecting the inhabitants of the city for almost two years. Nevertheless, in Sumy, primary vocational training and retraining of law enforcement officials continues not only for the Sumy region, but also for other regions. The teaching assistant of the International, European and Environmental law department Anna Slavko repeatedly participated in the trainings for patrol policemen with courses “Constitution as the main law of state. Rule of Law” and “Human Rights. Freedom from torture, inhuman and degrading treatment or punishment. European Human Rights Court case-law”.
Recently, Anna Slavko was awarded by ICITAP in recognition of high professionalism, proficiency in abovementioned courses and commitment to training Ukraine Patrol Police officers.
