On April 9, 2020 the II round of the All-Ukrainian competition of student scientific works in «Transport Technologies» was to take place at the Kremenchuk National University named after Mikhail Ostrogradsky. The work of the 4th year student of the Institute of Law Anastasia Benko «Ensuring the rights of persons with disabilities to access the objects of transport infrastructure: comparative legal aspect» was selected for the section «Transportation law» for participation in ІІ round (scientific supervisor – the head of the Department of International, European, and Civil Law Vladyslava Zavhorodnia)
Due to the quarantine, the II round of the competition took place remotely. The winners were identified by the results of an anonymous blind review. The Sectoral Competition Committee considered 171 student scientific works of 234 authors from 40 Ukrainian universities. With the online consent of all members of the Commission, 54 students from 25 universities were selected as winners of the competition. Anastasia Benko received the 2nd degree diploma. This is not the first achievement of a talented student – last year she received the diploma of the 1st degree of the All-Ukrainian competition of student scientific works in International Law and became the winner of the Scholarship competition from the scientific journal «Visegrad Journal on Human Rights».
Congratulations to Anastasia and her scientific supervisor on another victory! We wish you the inspiration and new achievements in your professional career!
