On February 23, 2022, an open lecture was given by the judge of the Sumy District Administrative Court Osipova Olena Oleksandrivna on the topic: “Public Service: Features of Judicial Dispute Resolution”.
The event was attended by students majoring in “Law”, “International Law”, teachers and consultants of the Legal Clinic of SSU. Ms. Olena Osipova shared her own experience of litigation, analyzed a number of interesting cases from practice, while communicating with students and offering to express their views on problematic issues. The event turned out to be extremely productive and dragged on far beyond the planned time. The students were interested in the possibilities of internship in the administrative court, and Ms. Olena Osipova agreed to continue cooperation with the department in the Development of professional knowledge and practical skills of students.
This was the last event organized by the Department for students just before the start of a large-scale invasion of Russian troops. He remembers with special warmth and nostalgia the time when we all lived in another world. Now that Sumy Region has been liberated from the occupiers and the University has resumed its educational process, we would like to thank Ms. Olena Osipova once again for an excellent lecture and hope that the planned cooperation will still be implemented.
