Anna Slavko, a lecturer at the International, European and Comparative Law Department, received a certificate of completion of long-term professional development within the framework of the Baltic University Program. The Education for Sustainable Development (ESD) in Higher Education course lasted from September 7, 2022, to March 7, 2023. It included the development of a change project and its approbation in the educational process, as well as online training on sustainable development.
Two meetings were held as part of the course (in Tallinn, Estonia and Kaunas, Lithuania), during which course participants discussed their change projects. More than 20 researchers from 6 countries (Lithuania, Estonia, Finland, Poland, Sweden and Ukraine) joined the course. Anna Slavko completed online studies and presented her project “Debates for Gender Equality”.
