Yevhen Samoilenko, senior lecturer of the International, European and Civil Law Department, and Serhii Degtyarev, head of the Department of History, took part in international conference “Inter-Ethnic Cooperation in the Area of Ethnic Contacts (The Ninth Readings in Memory of I.A. Antsupov)” (October 28-29, 2020; Taraclia, Republic of Moldova).
The Tomsk National Research State University, the Grigoriy Tsamblak Taraclia State University and The International Historical Journal “Rusin” hosted this conference.
The following issues were presented for discussion:
– the poli-ethnicity of the Carpatho-Dniestrovian Lands: ethnic consciousness, inter-ethnic relations, cultural interactions, demographic processes;
– history, ethnology, philosophy of the Bulgarians and Gagauzes at the post-Soviet space
– inter-ethnic boundaries: the issue of cultural dialogue; inter-ethnic interactions in contact zones and ethnic identity.
