Rassokhina Alina, a PhD student of the department succesfuly finished master’s program in International Law and Security at Varna Free University “Chernorizets Hrabar” (Bulgaria)

Rassokhina Alina, a PhD student of the department, successfully completed the master’s course “International Law and Security” at the largest private university in Bulgaria – Varna Free University. “Chernorizets Hrabar”. Under international cooperation of SSU with Varna University Alina Rassokhina from March 2019 to October 2020 studied in depth the system of international security, international law and national mechanisms to counter threats of various levels.

On October 19, 2020 Alina Rassokhina presented the results of her master’s research on “Protection of honor, dignity and business reputation of social network users” to the examination commission of Varna University consisting of the head of the Department of International Law and Security Dr. Anelia Neonova, members of the commission Dr. Maria Lecheva and Dr. Kalinova-Panova. The scientific supervisor of the applicant was the responsible teacher of Jean Monnet Chair in EU Economic Policies and Civil Society (619878-EPP-1-2020-1-UA-EPPJMO-CHAIR) (2020-2023) Vladyslava Zavgorodnya, and the reviewer was the senior lecturer of the Department Evhen Samoilenko. The defense took place as part of an online conference using the Google Meet service. The examination commission noted the great relevance of the master’s thesis and the scientific novelty of the results. Alina Rassokhina’s work received an excellent grade. She received a Master’s degree in International Law and Security from Varna Free University “Chernorizets Hrabar”.
