During the training, the speakers talked about the practice of advising in the field of financial services, especially the implementation of credit obligations during martial law, consumer risks in the field of microcredit and psychological methods of working with clients when providing advice in the field of financial services.

Curators and consultants of legal clinics of: Berdyansk University of Management and Business, National University of Life and Environmental Sciences of Ukraine, Dnipro Humanitarian University, University of Customs and Finance, National University “Chernihiv Polytechnic” and Sumy State University joined the event.
The participants of the training, students-consultants of legal clinics, discussed the practical aspects of counseling on the example of a specific case and developed an algorithm for counseling on the proposed plot. They also exchanged experience of legal clinics activities during martial law.
