This week the scientific community was replenished with two PhD (candidates of sciences).
In particular, on June 30, 2020, the dissertation for the degree of Candidate of Law was defended by Department assistant Anna Slavko. The work on the topic “Typology of administrative law regimes” (specialty 12.00.07 – administrative law and process; financial law; information law) was defended in the specialized academic council D 64.051.28 of Kharkiv National University named after V.N. Karazin. Supervisor – Doctor of Law, Professor Dmytro Lukyanets.
On July 1, 2020, Ruslan Raimov, a PhD-student of the Department, defended his dissertation. The defense took place in the specialized academic council D 55.051.07 of Sumy State University, specialty 12.00.07 – administrative law and process; financial law; information law. The Supervisor of work on the topic “Administrative and legal regulation of natural monopolies in the fields of energy and utilities” was the head of the Department, Candidate of Law, Associate Professor Zavhorodnia Vladyslava.
